Sunset family portrait and beautiful Maui memories

I must say, the last few weeks have played host to a series of emotions that I know are not unique to our family. Sadness, grief, anxiety. But as I flick through images and process edits and deliver galleries from sessions we photographed before the COVID-19 pandemic grabbed hold and the world took a panicked step in to the unknown, I feel a sense of relief wash over me.

While these times are testing and there is distance between friends and families, these images give me hope that when the light does shine at the end of the tunnel, we’ll be ready to step outside and embrace a brand new way of life, enveloped in love and a profound appreciation for those around us.
