I don’t know what I love the most. The creamy pastel skies, the West Maui Mountains aglow with sunset light, the laughter of guests heard between crashing waves at cocktail hour, their voices fading as we whisk the bride and groom away to the jetty just before the sun sinks over the ocean…

Olowalu Plantation House is truly a slice of magic. The panoramic views, the quaint and beautiful setting among coconut palms, a rugged beachfront strewn with coral and local families and tourists alike enjoying a swim on the outskirts of the oceanfront property, splashing and playing in the calm waterway, hooting and congratulating a newlywed bride and groom as they pause to dip for a kiss, fishermen casting their lines in the background.

What a gorgeous venue, and we’ve shared quite a few afternoons here on Maui with couples who trust us to capture their wedding day.
